When we conjure up images of the desert in our minds eye, we often see sprawling vistas capped by an overarching sky, yet the desert speaks just as eloquently with its tiniest details. These three macro images, give voice to the native wisdom of the yucca which draws its hieroglyphics with white thread in the spaces floating between spear-like stalks.  Whatever they express- symphonies, haiku, fractal plant geometry, or abstract expressionist runes- they speak volumes about an intelligence solidly rooted on the desert floor for millions of years. The Anasazi wove their sandals from these white fibers... we can weave our dreams.
